We will Invoice you for any services used and the final Invoice will be in Euros , will be payable direct to us for all the services you have requested 21 days ( 3 weeks prior to the event). A 5% Surcharge will be levied on accounts for our associates as we are charged this by Paypal. No Surcharges are due on any services we provide, only on third party ones.
Deposits vary according to the associate chosen and will be due when the booking is confirmed , for photography, celebrant etc and will be invoiced when booked and confirmed and will be due immediately. These will be discussed with you at the initial stage as amount of the deposit varies according to the associate contracted.
As part of our planning, we are the sole contact for all our associates, and all communication issued and bills are paid by us on your behalf, thereby protecting the identity and contact information of all our clients.

Our Wedding Planning Service Charges are from 550 Euros. These prices do not include 16% iva, which is charged extra. This includes all the planning and arranging and co-ordinating that is required for your ceremony including phone calls and email contact.
Our sourcing information service for Event Co-Ordination and Ceremonies which includes venues, hotels,booking and arranging the event according to your requirements is a one off fee of 295 euros. These prices to not include 16% iva, which is charged extra.
Please note that we do require our Service Charges upfront before we start to plan your Wedding or Event. After we have received the fees, which can be paid by Paypal or direct transfer to our bank account, Commencement of your event or ceremony will begin.
